Olympia is a BoardSource and NANOE certified nonprofit strategy consultant with more than 24 years of experience helping nonprofit organizations achieve bold revenue goals.While Olympia’s experience spans a variety of sectors, she has a particular passion for healthcare, education, social services and social justice for those most vulnerable.She is a proud graduate of Vanderbilt University and Rice University.
Nicole Ammon
Chief Operating Officer

Nicole is an avid animal enthusiast with 25 years of experience working with exotic animals and native wildlife, along with domestic animals, in zoological, sanctuary, and veterinary settings.She loves to travel and volunteer her time working with animals in other countries. Nicole has an office management background excelling in data organization and budgeting.She is a proud graduate of The Evergreen State College (BS ’98) and Cat Tales Zoological Training Center (Honors Certificate ’99).

Olympia is a Boardsource Certified Nonprofit Board Consultant
BoardSource is the recognized leader in nonprofit board leadership research, leadership, and support. It provides leaders with an extensive range of tools, resources, and research data to increase board effectiveness and strengthen organizational impact, serving as the national voice for inspired and effective board leadership. Olympia proudly holds a BoardSource Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting. The three-day course equips nonprofit consultants with the tools needed to navigate important and sometimes tough conversations that occur in the boardroom. The goal of the certificate is to ensure the nonprofit sector has the governance trainers it needs.
Olympia is a NANOE Certified Nonprofit Consultant
The National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives (NANOE) is the only nationwide membership organization in the U.S. for executives seeking credentials in the art of nonprofit capacity-building. Practitioners holding a prestigious NANOE credential are “best practice” experts who grow charitable enterprises and discover new ways to advance the common good. Practitioners who hold the CNC credential are nationally qualified experts who collaborate with nonprofits to achieve “big wins!”
